Refund Policy
“HAPVAS”, “us”, “we” and “our” means HAPVAS Technologies Pvt Ltd and our related bodies corporate. The “Service(s)” means the ECPlus Design website or applications, and any written or electronic use or feature guides made available by us.
When your purchase with ECPlus Design did not go well that you are not satisfied or ECPlus Design did not meet your expectation we will be happy to return your money subject to the following conditions.
In order to consider your refund request to your favour, you must initiate the refund request within 30 days of a charge.
CONDITIONS FOR THE REFUND:
HAPVAS will issue refunds for purchases in the following cases:
- Technical issues - If you've experienced technical issues which are the fault of HAPVAS that prevent you from using the services, that resulting or affecting your work
- Fraud - If it's determined that your account has been taken over by a third party and used fraudulently, we will issue you a refund. Proper justification with evidence is required.
- Payment error - If it's determined that HAPVAS charged you in error.
Refunds are processed to the same mode of payments used at the time of purchase. We do not provide refunds via cash, cheque, or other payment methods. We cannot, under any circumstances, give you a refund for charges that are more than 30 days old.
We need minimum of below information to start process for refunds:
- The receipt sent by email at the time of purchase
- The amount of the purchase
- The date and time the charge was made
- If you were charged by credit card: the last four digits of the card number and the name that appears on the card.
- If purchased through net banking then account details are required.
HAPVAS reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it reasonably believes (1) that you are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy; (2) if you are in breach of our Terms of Use; or (3) if HAPVAS reasonably suspects that you are using our service fraudulently.
